To sculpt or to Draw?

Posted by TheNoobDude - November 1st, 2015

After being on newgrounds a while I realise its a very heavy 2d art based community.

I dont come from a 2d background I sculpted with clay and then went to digital.

Should I stick to what I know or try and do some illustrations ??

@Legodude2000 can sculpt, and his stuff has gotten frontpaged a lot of times. He's risen up the ranks among NG users for this reason. There is no harm in sculpting; give it a go and see what you come up with!

Thanks for that I meant all I do is sculpt.
So sorry got that dude mixed with someone else lol.
I will be favoriting and watching that guy thanks so much.
For the words of encouragement.

Anytime! ^_^

tbh it wouldn't hurt to try out 2D but you should ALWAYS be sculpting if that's your favorite. who knows, maybe you'll enjoy 2D art more than you'd imagine you would or find out something different about your creative skills ^^

I might try an illustration sometime soon.
Got a link to a nice tutorial series off of bocodamondo
I always liked his style anyways thanks for the comment saucybird.
